1.It's a fully automatic machine adopt CNC servo feeding system and HMI controller.
2.The machine has multiple processing to realize feeding, punching(single or double side), cutting and piece’s ejecting at same time.
3.Hole(s) punching adopt hydraulic station with high pressure that allows the realization of fast and precise machining.
4.The operating force is adjustable as the stroke length and you can easily replace the punching tools for different profiles.
5.This machine is the right solution for aluminium solar panel mounting clamps blocks making.
6.The working cycle is fully automatic, each piece production time is only 3~4 second. Servo driver high precise feeder is optional, horizontal punching is optional.
