1. Suitable for high efficiency automatic milling of slots in the aluminum profiles.
2.Auto locating fixture, after productplaced in the fixture, just press the start button or foot pedal switch, the machine will automatically press the workpiece and feed automatically for milling.
3.The clamping fixture is designed according to different shape of the workpiece. It can milling the L, U profiles height from 100 to 600mm. Non standard profiles fixture can be customized.
4.The feeding height is adjustable according to the aluminium profiles height, mechanical position limitation.
5.The machine can be equipped with 6, 7 or 8 individual milling heads according to requirement, the minimum distance between two milling heads is 100+/-0.1mm, each milling heads can work individually.
6.The X, Y, Z shaft adopt high precision lead screw, with servo motor driving, high accuracy and very simple for operation.
7.There are two working tables to load two workpieces at same time,
